During my travels to Ghana, I occasionally come across products that I think are too good to only be known in Ghana! Ohene Cocoa's chocolate nibs and chocolate husk tea are two such products! 

I buy the chocolate directly from the producers, who run the farms as a collective, which means that the ones who grow the chocolate beans are the ones whom benefits from the trade. The farms where the chocolate beans are grown are located in Oworam near Asamankese in the Eastern Regions of Ghana, and Kukua a village near Mangoase. 

The chocolate nibs, which are crushed and dried chocolate beans without additives, have many health benefits, the chocolate husk tea, have the same health benefits as the bean!
