1. Personal data
When ordering, an agreement is considered to have been drawn up only when Carin Blom Design has confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been received by Carin Blom Design. If delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the product has been sent. Carin Blom Design has ownership and right of return for all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with me, you must be 18 years old and Carin Blom Design must be able to determine the customer's residential address.
Prices include 25% VAT for orders within the EU. When the order is confirmed, the prices can only be changed by circumstances beyond Carin Blom Design's control. For example, significantly changed raw material prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No handling costs will be added. Should the price change, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.
A shipping cost of SEK 35 will be added within Sweden. Shipping costs may change. You see the full shipping cost at checkout.

5.2 Card payment

5.3 Direct payment via internet banking
Payment via the bank is made through your bank.
You have the opportunity to pay via Paypal. For more information about PP, visit www.paypal.se.
Select Swish as payment method and you will receive information in your order confirmation about the number to which you swish the payment. Once your payment has been registered with Carin Blom Design, your order will be sent within 3 working days (if it is not a special order, then the time for the completion of the production will be notified to the buyer upon receipt of the order).
Orders placed before 16.00 on a weekday are packed on the same day and are normally posted the day after for delivery within Sweden in 2-3 days (if it is not a special order, then time for the completion of production is notified to the buyer upon receipt of the order). If the product should be sold out before I have time to update the website, I will inform the customer about the new delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge if the product is not in stock. The product is delivered by PostNord to the addressee or to the nearest delivery point.
7. Delivery delays
Sometimes delivery delays occur from my suppliers who are outside Carin Blom Design's control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill his/hers delivery obligations to me or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, Carin Blom Design disclaims liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can trust that I will always notify you if deliveries are delayed. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge in the event of a delivery delay.
Carin Blom Design is responsible for the transport to you as a customer. You and the transport company bear the risk with a possible return.
9. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received a faulty or damaged item, contact me directly via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
10. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
According to the Distance Contracts Act, private customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal/open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact me via e-mail, email@example.com for further instructions. Attach the invoice/receipt so I can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for the shipping back to Carin Blom Design. In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations. Refunds are made via Klarna, PayPal or DIBS. The amount is always refunded to the same account used at the time of purchase and as soon as possible from the time I have received and approved the return.
Carin Blom Design reserves the right to make changes in prices due to price deviations from suppliers, typos or other errors that are beyond my control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.

15. Uncollected package
If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent to you via e-mail or text message. You as a customer are responsible for the correct mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered. If you do not collect your package, you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250.
16. Force Majeure
In the event of war, pandemies, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions or similar events beyond Carin Blom Design's control which could not be reasonably foreseen, which affect agreements entered into and commitments on my part, which means that I can not keep the said agreement / commitment, shall constitute reason why I am released from my obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
